This calculator can be used for you to plan your semester goals and also to project your new GPA when you are repeating a course. Remember that this is an unofficial tool, only as accurate as the information you enter!
If showing, leave the Current Cumulative GPA table blank.
Enter the name, number of credits, and your grade range in each course. Note that the "grade range" are the high and low grades you anticipate for each course; e.g., if you have a B in a class and the final is worth a good portion of your grade, you may decide that a range of between A and C+ is possible for your grade.
After you enter a credit count and a grade range for each class, your GPA estimates will be displayed in the third table, under GPA High and GPA Low.
Choose the "Show Repeats" option below the class list, if not already showing.
Enter in your total graded credits and current cumulative GPA in the first table.
Then select the check box under the "Repeating Class?" Column.
Select the previous grade you received in the class you are repeating.
The calculator will adjust your GPA and credit count accordingly to show your projected GPA range.
Note: This GPA calculator is intended to be used as a tool, not as an official indication of your GPA. This calculator should be used for planning purposes only and its accuracy is not guaranteed.
